Shipping Policy

We ship every Heavyhounds order from our fulfillment partners as fast as possible, with care to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times can vary based on your location, carrier delays, and customs processing. Most orders arrive within this window, but please allow up to 14 business days during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or in cases of carrier or weather-related delays.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@heavyhounds.com.

Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to populate after a label is created. If tracking hasn't updated within that window, don't worry — your package is still in transit.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take an additional 2–5 business days.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All US orders ship free with no additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes. You pay the price you see at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors, building manager)
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they actually arrive
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If you still can't locate your package after 48 hours, email us at support@heavyhounds.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

For packages that arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at support@heavyhounds.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Delays Outside Our Control

Heavyhounds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Holiday surges

We'll always do our best to keep you updated if a delay affects your order.
